This notice covers customer information associated with applicable consumer online purchases sold by Game Goat Ltd under the Squid Esports brand, and enquiries about those purchases. Squid Esports is the customer-facing brand, not an additional legal seller for those transactions.
Squid Academy provides the curriculum and learning platform. Responsibility for personal information depends on the relevant service and actual processing arrangements. This notice does not designate any organisation as the sole controller or processor for every activity. School and institutional data arrangements remain subject to their applicable agreements and platform notices.

Information needed to arrange a purchase and deliver a programme may include the customer’s name, email address, contact and billing details, order reference and payment status, together with learner details needed to set up course access. Support enquiries include the information you choose to provide.
This information is used to administer orders, arrange educational access, communicate about delivery, respond to support or refund requests and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive learner information in an email or enquiry form.
3. Payments and educational service providers
Where online payment is offered, the authorised payment provider shown in that purchase flow processes payment information under its own privacy notice. This can include Stripe if it is activated for the relevant purchase. The provider and its applicable notice should be identified before payment.
Relevant customer and learner information may be shared with Squid Academy as needed to provision course access and deliver educational services. The platform’s privacy notice and any applicable service agreement describe its processing. Game Goat Ltd remains the contact for customer order and support enquiries about the consumer purchases it sells.
Where delivery involves organisations in different countries, ask us for the arrangements applying to your programme, including any cross-border handling of information, before enrolment if you need clarification.
4. Children and young people
Programmes may involve learners who are minors. Parent or guardian involvement and consent must be obtained where required by applicable law or programme arrangements. Provide only the learner information needed for the selected programme.
Parents and guardians can contact us about a child’s information or consent. For school-enrolled learners, the school and the applicable institutional agreement may also be involved in handling the request.
5. Website preferences and measurement
The website stores preferences such as territory, language, theme and the cookie-banner choice in your browser. It also includes Google analytics and advertising measurement. Third-party measurement services have their own privacy notices.
